Day 6 of the Squat Challenge and as promised a nice stretch session afterwards. Looking forward to keeping up and adding in more self care to show how resilient you can be when we add in fitness tasks to our life.

Q: When doing the squats, does swinging your arms back do anything in particular or is that just how you do the squats?
Q: For stretch #1, with your foot along the opposite inner thigh, when you're up on your bended knee, how long do you hold that position?
Thanks for stretch #3! I sit a LOT, so I'll give stretches #1 and #3 a try (I also have lower back issues).
