hi, it’s Tye!! here again with another SFW video!! these are just some of the dynamic movements i like to do before a workout, especially if i’m tired in the morning. this full-body warm up features: neck rolls, shoulder rolls (backward and forward), some leg swings (not only to warm up, also to help with anterior tilt and balance), hip rotations, and finishing with some windmill stretches!
