I love reading every single blog post by MV. From the tips and tricks to the funky fetishes there is always something to learn about the industry.

Just like RoxiRed says in her newest blog post Thrills & Wet Panties, I started in October, too. Within the first few weeks I had gotten my rating into the 300s, but I slacked off and slowly started to fall into the 500s. I floated in the 500s for months, sometimes just breaking into the 400s, other times still ever climbing into the 600s. If you've popped over to my profile you can see that I'm in the low 200s now. I've gone down nearly 350 places and all within the last 3 weeks! But how did I do it??

Custom videos! A lot of blog posts I see talk about being true to yourself and doing videos only you would enjoy- which I agree to an extent. But how will you know if you'll enjoy it if you don't try? For instance, my very first custom video I made I really lucked out. I was asked to do a pillow humping video and surprise to the member who asked me - it's my favorite way to get off! Besides pillow humping, though, I've always been a pretty vanilla-sex kind of girl. Never roleplayed, never been with a man who had weird fetishes, and never been with a woman. It was hard for me to accept the far out requests.

Then a member came along that I'm sure we all know very well - Brad. He's got videos all over this site of his beach babe JOI script. From KittyStark to Johnny X Starlight to myself. Yes, Brad was my second custom request. Unlike my first custom request, there was a full script. Some of the script included bellybutton play but I wasn't into it. So I finished the custom and that was it! I haven't talked to Brad since. Learn from my mistakes - This is NOT how you get ahead in MV.

Once you create a custom, if you've enjoyed the experience it's important to check back in. Ask them for constructive criticism. Ask them to rate and review it. Give them a 10% coupon. Whatever you think will work- so long as there is interaction. There are so many girls on MV, it's easy to be forgotten if you're not in the top 50. And checking in once is not enough. Every couple months I like to go back through my old messages on MV and send a personal message to each member who has supported me in the past. 

Since Brad, I've created a myriad of videos and probably 80% are customs. Of that, I'd say nearly half are return customers. They returned because I reminded them that I didn't forget about them. The members here are what keep this site going and most of them have fantastic ideas for scripts. I find that most scripts I read and perform are scripts I know everyone will like and turn out to be huge money makers.

Here's a few key things to think about and remember- keep an open mind. Always ask for and read a script all the way through. Give yourself some time to think about it, don't just say yes or no right away. Browse the members and read their About Me's. Active members often put what they are into or would like to see.
