Wow, the new changes on here are really nice. Love the new top earner categories along with the 80% payout on vids for this month. In my opinion, this is the stuff that is truly groundbreaking, higher payout opportunities for all. I will be posting videos regularly on here for this month, because of these new changes. Hope to see MV continue in this direction and become the adult site that pays its models out the most. This is especially nice before the holidays, imo its way better than helping hand. Good job MV.

I mean.....that's great that some new cummers will get exposure, but what about those who have received no promotional help from MV? I just lost my New Cummer badge...so now what? Even a single tweet would have been helpful promotion for my first few weeks.
I assume the winners and those getting promoted will again be the same people, same studios, etc.
If this is the new system, someone should really inspect for correct tagging. I have seen many "BBW" who are not. I have seen many "tattooed" who are not....I strongly encourage a clear definition per category
There are tens of thousands of existing accounts and new ones being created every day. You can't expect MV to give every single person a promotional tweet. I've never gotten a promo tweet and I made my account before there was a New Cummer badge... Stop complaining and start uploading content daily
Your account is only like 2 months old and you only have 20 videos... You have to give it time and work on it every single day. You can also increase your rank by making sure every part of your profile is filled out and you offer every type of service and have store items for sale.

I don't understand why myself & certain other Asian MV Stars are not listed on the Asian top earners list. Asian is my top tag. I read the FAQ, & I don't understand what "first qualifying “My Top Tag” means. Qualifying for what? Does it have to be the first top tag, to be listed in that category? I feel like this leaves out a lot of Asian MV stars.
Hey Liz, you are correct that Asian is your first qualifying tag - you will show up in the Asian rank once you are a top 100 in that category. If you are not there yet, it's possible that you have not made your first sale to start the new month off yet!

I haven't looked yet and I hate to be THAT PERSON but can we please ensure people in the BBW Category actually are BBWs. I only say this because in the past people have put themselves in that category to stand out.
And I don't even know where we draw the line to be honest. It's a tough call but like I said in the past there were some obviously not BBWs categorizing themselves as such.

Creating new promotions based on whats already popular, usually only generates more money for the people already earning the most. Id prefer to see less popular accounts being promoted since they are the ones who could use the extra exposure the most. Although I guess its more in the interest of MV to promote who makes them the most money, so I guess I get it.

You don't have Gay as one of your top tags, so if there was a Gay category you wouldn't be in it based on how this is structured. There are very few videos tagged as Gay, so I'm not surprised they haven't added a category yet.
They said above they they’ve chosen TOP tags. It’s wouldn’t be fair to choose none top tags, it would be a lot easier to win.

Too many specific categories, I think. What about russians? And europeans? Are we worthy of the category? After all, we make up half the site. It is very interesting to read new categories and understand that only one maximum category suits you.
The categories seem to be based on tagged vids. There is no Russian or European vid tags... Not sure how you want to rank people with those categories when there is no content tagged European.
Correction there is a European tag, but only 50 vids out of 600k vids have it. Makes sense they wouldnt pick it, no?

The specific categories are based around fetishes and the top tags that models use for their videos. It's not based on location. White people, regardless of nationality, are not really fetishized for our race/skin color. Notice there isn't a white/caucasian category to add to videos. It's not necessary. There is a European tag, but it's likely not a top tag used even by European models. As far as the categories go, I think all models can be eligible for the Store, Director, and Rising Star. The rest are popular categories that deserve more exposure and recognition.
Okay, what about those models that don't make fetish videos? We should also have a chance to stay in our category. Why Latin or Asian are more fetish? There are a lot of people who have fetish in Russian or just Caucasians. But do not talk about them here.
Models who don't make fetish videos still have 4 category opportunities as top earners. The main top earners + store, director, rising star. Latin, Asian, and Ebony are top earning categories on MV and there are lots of videos and stars with those categories/tags.
Do you understand that these are based on the categories that we tag our videos with? It's not based on location or race from our About Me section. There isn't a white/caucasian tag, nor is there a Russian one. In the adult industry, it's not considered a fetish to like white people. If you want MV to add a tag for Russian, so you can go back and tag all your videos as Russian, ask them for it. I don't think it's worth using as one of your 5 tags, since members can narrow their search by location, but you do you.

Mongoloid? Really? Are you serious, that is SO racist! The reason there is no Caucasian top earners category on ManyVids is because a large majority of the top earners are Caucasion, so it would basically be the same list they already have up now. Asian, Ebony, & Latin MV Stars are very underrepresented in the top earners, so that's we need our own category.

Russian is a nationality, not a race... Then there would have to be an irish category, a german category, a chinese category, a uk category... basically a category for every country.
When there are categories Asians, Latina, ebony, but at the same time there is no category Caucasians, this is not a S0 racist? Why remember about one, but forget about the others? This is racism. On other sites there is no such privilege only to certain categories. Yes, there are a lot of categories, but all colors (lol) are taken into account. I understand the site’s tolerance, but the adequacy should remain. I do not speak out against any minority, mind you. I only protect my race and minority.
White is half the site here, but they do not have their own category in this top. It does not matter that whites are not so fetish, and this does not mean that site can limit the number of categories because of our non-fetish skin color. Not entirely honest with additional categories to compensate for the unpopularity of non-white models.
PS Maybe I was wrong in the word Mongoloid. Just in Russian "Mongoloid" = race of Asian.
